Mpongwe District Social Welfare Officer Clifford Kasapo says child Labour is a major threat to children’s education.
Mr. Kasapo says if child Labour is allowed to continue , children in the country will not be able to access good education.
He said that it was for this reason that more concerted efforts against the vice should be established .
He added that it is the duty of all stakeholders to ensure that children below the minimum age of employment are in education and that young workers of legal working age are working in safe conditions.
