Police have denied sending its officers to conduct a search at former PF Secretary General and Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba’s office.
Police Acting Spokesperson Esther Katongo says the story carried in Tuesday edition of the Post Newspapers is false.
She says Police have not carried a search in whatever manner on the former Ministers office.
The Post Newspapers has reported that plain clothed officers attempted to conduct a search at the Ministry of Justice but failed because they did not have a search warrant.
But Ms Katongo says police have always conducted their search in a transparent manner.
Ms Katongo says Police will institute an investigation to establish the people behind and pretending as Intelligence officers.
