Hon. Harry Kalaba is Member of Parliament for Bahati constituency in Luapula Province under the Patriotic Front (PF). He was born on 12th June 1976 and is married. He has a degree in Philosophy, Diploma in Public Administration and certificates in Human resources and Speech Writing. He was first elected as MP in 2011 in Bahati. He is Minister of Foreign Affairs.
